Sid Rice has over two decades of experience in system engineering and product management within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a System Engineer at Mitel since January 2014, Sid previously held positions at Avaya from 2003 to 2013, including roles as an Avaya SME Channel Sales Engineer and in IP Office Product Management, where responsibilities included defining product roadmaps and managing production forecasts. Earlier career experiences included positions at Vertical Networks and NBX & 3Com Corporation. Sid Rice holds a Master of Science in Communications Technology from Strayer University-Maryland, earned between 2005 and 2007.
