Stephen Rankin has over 40 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Stephen began their career at Emerson in 1977 as an Application Engineer, where they worked for 15 years. Stephen then transitioned to ESCO Communications in 1992, where they served as a Program Manager until 1997. Stephen then joined Siemens Enterprise Communications as an Operations Manager from 1997 to 2011. In 2013, they joined Unify as a Client Services Director and later became the Director of Client Services. Currently, Stephen works at Mitel as the Director of Client Management for the Midwest region, a position they have held since 2023.
Stephen Rankin completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing from Fontbonne University from 1993 to 1995. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Marketing from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from 1986 to 1992. Stephen also received a high school diploma from Jennings High School in 1973. Additionally, Stephen has acquired certifications including "Atos: Leading in the Digital Age (LIDA) - Completion Badge" from Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning in 2020 and "ITIL® Foundation" from EXIN in 2013.
