Steven Tyler

Steven Tyler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service delivery and project management. Currently serving as Group Director of Services at Mitel since August 2014, Steven leads the integration of Mitel and Unify Services in the International region, overseeing a comprehensive suite of service offerings and emphasizing customer experience and revenue growth. Previous roles at Mitel include Director of Professional Services and Head of Professional Services for the UK & Ireland, where Steven focused on strategic development and team leadership. Prior to joining Mitel, Steven held positions at Transport for London, including Programme Manager, where strategic planning and project management were central. An academic background in Law (LLB) from Cardiff University and a Professional Level certification from the Association for Project Management further supplement Steven’s qualifications.
