Tammy Large

Tammy Large currently serves as the Group Director of Compensation and Benefits at Mitel, a position held since January 2014. In this role, Tammy Large is responsible for overseeing compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with company strategy and compliance with relevant country practices and laws. Prior to this, Tammy Large was the Director of Compensation and Benefits at Aastra, now a part of Mitel, from July 2010 to January 2014, and also held the title of Human Resources Director during that time.
