Tim Gaiser

Tim Gaiser is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in telecommunications and VoIP technologies. Currently serving as Product Line Manager at Mitel since August 2018, Gaiser previously held key roles at Ribbon Communications and GENBAND, where significant achievements included managing hardware and software platforms, enhancing product lifecycle processes, and driving customer satisfaction initiatives. With a foundational career at Nortel and Bell Northern Research, Gaiser built expertise in product development, lifecycle management, and reliability engineering. Gaiser holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Carleton University, completed in 1986.
