Tom Brandon

Tom Brandon serves as the Sr. Director of Sales Enablement at Mitel since February 2025, following a tenure as Director of Sales Enablement at OneSpan. In previous roles, Tom held senior positions such as VP of Learning at ReliaQuest, where a multi-year training roadmap was established, and Director of Technical Learning Services at Forcepoint, focusing on digital transformation in training and curriculum development. With extensive experience in training and enablement across various companies, Tom has successfully developed global training strategies, built high-performing teams, and implemented innovative training methodologies. Tom holds a BA in Psychology from Brigham Young University.
