Panagiotis Karantzis

Panagiotis Karantzis is an experienced fertility specialist currently working at Ygeia IVF - Embryogenesis since January 2022. Simultaneously, Panagiotis serves as the Depute Director of Medical Services and Obstetrician Gynaecologist at ΜΗΤΕΡΑ / Mitera Hospital, a position held since May 1998. Additionally, Panagiotis was the Scientific Director at the Institute of Life Mitera - Mitera IVF from June 2012 to June 2020 and worked as a fertility specialist at Genesis Athinon from January 1999 to December 2005. Early career training was completed in obstetrics and gynaecology at NHS of Manchester-Hull-Reading from January 1994 to February 1998. Panagiotis obtained a medical degree from the University of Athens and holds a PhD in high-risk pregnancy from the same institution.
