Varun M. is a seasoned professional with a strong background in business operations and consulting. Currently working at Miter in a Business Operations role since March 2024, Varun previously held the position of Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company from October 2021 to February 2024. As Co-Founder and COO of LeaseMagnets from March 2019 to August 2021, Varun played a pivotal role in establishing a B2B Proptech startup specializing in personalized virtual tours for apartments.
