Dijid Maddumakumara

Dijid Edgar Maddumakumara started their career as an associate systems engineer at D-Tech Pvt. Ltd. in 2018. Dijid has previously worked with several partners of Microsoft, including Anchortek, Secvision, and H One. Dijid has a BSc (Hons) Computer Networks and Security degree from Wrexham University, UK, and a Masters in network & information security degree from Kingston University, London. He's a Microsoft Certified Solution Expert in Azure and Microsoft 365.

Dijid Maddumakumara has experience in technical product support, developing solutions, critical escalation management, and customer service management, with a focus on Microsoft technologies, particularly Microsoft 365 (Modern Workplace). He has led support teams and vendors, streamlined support processes for critical and high-visibility customers, and advocated for customer success.
