Kanchana Herath

Kanchana Herath is an experienced professional in the technology sector with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Associate Vice President of Infrastructure & Platforms at MillenniumIT ESP since October 2007, Kanchana leads the department responsible for Compute, Storage, Virtualization, Hybrid Cloud, Database, Middleware, Identity Governance, and Enterprise Collaboration practices. Prior to this role, Kanchana was the Team Leader for Pre-Sales at Enterprise Technology (Pvt) Ltd from September 2000 to September 2007, where responsibilities included managing the Pre-Sales Team and designing Data Center and Networking Solutions for key clients in the telecommunications, financial services, and manufacturing sectors in Sri Lanka. Kanchana holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics & Telecommunications from the University of Moratuwa, completed in 2000, and education was received at Royal College Colombo from 1986 to 1993.
