Pavani Subasinghe

Pavani Subasinghe has diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Pavani started their career as a Management Trainee at Brandix in 2009. Pavani then joined American & Efird Lanka (Pvt.) Ltd, where they held roles as an Assistant Promotions Manager and later as an Assistant Manager - Promotions and Research. In 2013, Pavani moved to Teejay Lanka PLC as a Key Account Manager, focusing on building and maintaining relationships with key customers and exploring new business opportunities. Pavani joined MillenniumIT ESP in 2015 as an Account Manager and was subsequently promoted to Senior Account Manager. In 2020, Pavani took on the role of Business Development Manager, where they developed and implemented strategies to drive growth and profitability in Bangladesh. Currently, they serve as the Director of Sales - Manufacturing and Retail at MillenniumIT ESP.

Pavani Subasinghe completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Cardiff Metropolitan University in the year 2013. Prior to that, Pavani obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Staffordshire University in 2009.

In addition to formal education, Pavani has obtained several certifications. In November 2023, Pavani became a Zscaler Certified Sales Professional through Zscaler. In September 2023, Pavani achieved the Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 2: Certified Associate certification from Fortinet. In March 2023, Pavani completed a course titled "Introduction to IT Automation" through LinkedIn.
