Shammi Randini

Shammi Garusingha is currently working as an Engineer - Systems Support and Service Delivery Analyst at MillenniumIT ESP. Their responsibilities include analyzing tickets, pending counts, completed counts, creating graphs, and making minutes of meetings. They also study and evaluate audits of ticket counts. Prior to this, they worked at Bank of Ceylon where they completed a job skills development training program for school leavers. Shammi is an undergraduate at Rajarata University of Sri Lanka, studying Business Information Technology. Their academic focus includes operating systems, IT infrastructure, system analysis and design, database management systems, and web application development among others.
