Tuan Le is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations, strategic development, and market expansion, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Partner at Mithera Capital since February 2017. As a founding member of this boutique private equity firm, Tuan has facilitated the growth of US startups and pre-IPO companies, focusing on capital raising and international market expansion in sectors such as smart wearables and electric vehicles. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer for APAC at Beyond Limits, Tuan established offices across multiple countries and achieved significant revenue growth. With a solid background at Sinon Corporation and Onto Innovation, Tuan has driven profitability and market share through strategic initiatives and product development while also holding key roles at Evans & Sutherland and KLA-Tencor, where market penetration and technological innovation were achieved. Tuan holds an MBA in Finance from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and dual Bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Management from the University of the Pacific.
