Duncan Bell

Duncan Bell is an experienced professional in logistics and project management, currently serving as Head of Logistics and WFS at Mitie since April 2020, following roles as Logistics Manager and Head of Projects within the same organization. Prior to Mitie, Duncan held various positions at Interserve from August 2014 to April 2020, including Deputy Operations Manager and New Works Manager. Duncan's career began with a project management role at Bright Co Ltd from June 2009 to July 2014, overseeing major construction and civil engineering projects and performing survey work as a Project Manager at Ramboll in 2012-2013. Earlier experience includes serving as Estate Manager at Turner Facilities Management Ltd and as a Sapper/PS in the Royal Engineers, where Duncan developed expertise in bricklaying, concreting, and combat engineering. Duncan holds an Advanced C&G in Construction from the Royal School of Military Engineering and a CG in Brickwork/Concrete Craft from the Army Apprentices College.
