Hannah Hackett

Hannah Hackett has extensive experience in facilities management within the retail sector, holding various roles at Mitie since January 2017, including Change Manager, Head of Retail/FM, and Facilities Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing planned and reactive maintenance for Estee Lauder brands in the UK and Ireland and managing daily operations at the Fareham offices and Distribution Centre. Prior to Mitie, Hannah worked at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from March 2010 to January 2017, initially as Assistant Facilities Manager and progressing through roles such as Facilities Coordinator and Assistant Project Manager, where project management of new store openings and the transition of project responsibilities to different teams were key focus areas. Hannah completed education at Crofton Secondary School from 1999 to 2004.
