Lynn Earnshaw

Lynn Earnshaw is a skilled Employee Relations leader with extensive experience in TUPE and M&A, organizational change leadership, and complex case management. Currently serving in a role focused on People Transformation & Change at Mitie since 2025, Lynn has previously held various positions at AXA and Deloitte, including ER Manager and Head of Organisational Change. Lynn possesses a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Hons in Employee Relations & Management from the University of Central Lancashire and is a trained mediator dedicated to fostering positive workplace culture and relationships.
