Pankaj Arora

Pankaj Arora is a seasoned Cloud Architect specializing in AI, IoT, and integrations, currently employed at Mitie since October 2017, where responsibilities include designing and implementing conversational bots and an IoT Device Management platform to improve customer experience and reduce operational costs. Previously, Pankaj held roles such as Interim Head of AI & Cognitive Services at Edenhouse Solutions Limited and WebApps Developer/SAP Consultant at Keytree. Pankaj has demonstrated extensive expertise working with British Gas as a Senior Technology Consultant, developing key web applications and optimizing user interactions. Prior positions include SAP CRM Consultant roles at Logica and Anglian Water Services, as well as development work at Atos, enhancing various SAP systems. Pankaj holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Middlesex University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Programming from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
