Sion Walker

Sion Walker currently serves as a Wellbeing Manager at Mitie, a position held since February 2024. Previously, Sion worked as an Employee Wellbeing Specialist at perklife from August 2021 to January 2024, focusing on enhancing employee wellbeing and fostering a supportive culture within organizations. Sion was the Wellbeing Lead at Bacardi from July 2022 to November 2023 and played a significant role as the Health and Wellbeing Coordinator for Carmarthenshire County Council from March 2019 to August 2021, where responsibilities included supporting the health of over 8,000 local authority employees and developing a Health and Wellbeing Champions scheme. Additional experience includes roles as Activities & Wellbeing Coordinator at Coleg Sir Gar, Residential Activities Officer at Rhydygors School, Health Mentor at Evolve: A Social Impact Company, Sport Development Mentor, and Sport Development Officer at Carmarthenshire County Council and Sport Wales, respectively.
