Nimrod Cohen, CPA

Nimrod Cohen, CPA has over 19 years of work experience. In 2021, they began working as the Global Corporate Controller for Mitiga. From 2012 to 2021, Cohen worked for EY in various roles, including Assurance Senior Manager, Assurance Manager, Assurance Manager of Technology Assurance Services, and Assurance Senior of Technology Assurance Services. In these roles, they coordinated external audits, oversaw engagement management, improved the economics of audit engagements, liaised with buyer-side M&A teams, provided leadership and direction to audit teams, performed S-1 filings, prepared and reviewed corporate income tax returns, and conducted financial statement audits.
