Md Faiyaz Ahmad (ISTQB, PSM 1, ITIL)

Md Faiyaz Ahmad has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. Md Faiyaz has worked with Mitigram since 2019 as a Senior Test Engineer, responsible for overall quality and test deliveries of the sprints/releases, coordination with PM and Dev team for requirement analysis, devising test planning and strategies, performing as test lead to help team understand and provide the test coverage and achieve delivery timelines. Md Faiyaz was previously with Capgemini from 2010 to 2019 as a Senior Consultant, Test Lead for an insurance client in Sweden. Md Faiyaz'skey responsibilities included Test Planning for SIT, estimations, defect management, and reporting to managers and stake holders. Md Faiyaz also worked with Hewitt Associates from 2005 to 2010 as a Test Engineer, responsible for coordinating delivery with offshore testing team and planning the test effort. Md Faiyaz holds certifications in ISTQB, PSM 1, and ITIL.

Md Faiyaz Ahmad has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University, which they obtained from 1997 to 2001. Md Faiyaz then obtained a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) in Computer Science from Jamia Millia Islamia from 2002 to 2005. In 2017, they obtained a CTFL (Certified Tester Foundation Level) from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in September, and a PSM 1 (Professional Scrum Master 1) from Scrum.org in May. In 2018, they obtained an ITIL certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in April.
