Troy Topp currently serves as the Head of Operations at Mitolo Family Farms since June 2024. Prior to this role, Troy held the position of General Manager at Perfection Fresh Australia from October 2015 to June 2024. Troy began a lengthy career at SPC Ardmona in December 1998, where various roles included General Manager Operations, Technical Manager, and several Value Stream Manager positions, among others, culminating in a diverse set of operational responsibilities. Earlier experience includes serving as the City Milk Supervisor at Tatura Milk Industries. Troy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Technology and Biotechnology from Federation University Australia, completed between 1994 and 1997, and has a foundational education from Beaufort Secondary College.
