Michal Jirák

Michal Jirak is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with over two decades of experience in the technology and e-commerce sectors. As a Founding Partner at MITON since January 2000, Michal has played a pivotal role in launching numerous businesses, primarily focusing on consumer internet and e-commerce ventures in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). Michal co-founded and invested in prominent companies such as Glami.cz, Bonami, and Knihobot, while also serving as an investor for various other successful startups, including Slevomat and Grupa DOMODI. Earlier career highlights include founding and leading Heureka.cz as CEO, making it one of the largest e-commerce platforms in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and serving as Project Director for Stahuj.cz. Michal holds a Master's degree in Economy from Prague University of Economics and Business.
