Hendra Pamungkas has extensive experience in human resources, focusing on organizational development, talent management, and business processes. Currently serving as an Organizational Development & Business Process and Human Capital Business Partner at PT MAP Aktif Adiperkasa since November 2021, Hendra previously held roles at Time International, JTI, AIG, PermataBank, AIA, and PT Novartis Indonesia, where responsibilities ranged from HR business partnering and recruitment to talent management and employee engagement. Hendra holds a degree in Public Relations from Universitas Mercu Buana and an associate degree in Language with a major in English from the University of Brawijaya.
