Characterization Engineer II at Mitra Chem

Ryan Fillhouer has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Nuclear Reactor Mechanic in the US Navy until 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they served as a Student at San Francisco State University. In 2020, they began working as a Graduate Student at the University of California, Davis. Currently, they are an Associate Characterization Engineer at Mitra Chem, starting in October 2022.

Ryan Fillhouer began their education journey in 2007 at Cabrillo College, where they studied engineering, physics, and mathematics. Ryan continued their studies at West Valley College from 2009 to 2011, focusing on the same fields of study. In 2011, they transferred to San Jose State University, where they pursued their interests in engineering, physics, and mathematics for a year. From 2018 to 2020, Ryan attended San Francisco State University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Most recently, they joined the University of California, Davis in 2020 and completed a Master of Science degree in Materials Science and Engineering in 2022.
