Sruthi Natt

Sruthi Natt has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Sruthi started their career as an Intern at Flextronics in 2013. In 2015, they worked as a Trainee at itie Knowledge Solutions, Bangalore. Later that year, they joined the University of Florida as a Graduate Research Assistant, where they investigated and characterized the electrochemical properties of Tissue Engineered Electronic Neural Interfaces. Sruthi completed their MS Thesis on the topic as well. In 2017, Sruthi worked as an Associate Electrochemical Engineer at Nanopec Inc. In 2020, they became a Materials Engineer at Neuralink, where they worked until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Instrumentation Engineer at Mitra Chem since September 2022.

Sruthi Natt has a diverse education history. Sruthi pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree with a thesis in Biomedical/Medical Engineering at the University of Florida from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Instrumentation Technology from Visvesvaraya Technological University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015.

Apart from their formal education, Sruthi Natt also obtained a certification as a Certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt from ASQ - World Headquarters in May 2018. This certification signifies their expertise in process improvement methodologies and quality management practices.
