Charles Anderson, M.A. has extensive experience in sales, human resources, and compliance. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Human Resource Compliance Pre-Sales at Mitratech, Charles previously held various leadership roles at Trakstar, including Sr. Growth Manager and Director of Sales, where notable achievements included a significant increase in new revenue. Prior experience encompasses roles at Applied Training Systems, LivingSocial, Community Psychiatric Clinic, and other organizations focused on performance evaluation, account management, and vocational support. Charles holds a Master of Arts in Human Development from Washington State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Idaho.
