Darren Miller

Darren Miller is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as the Group Human Resources Director at Flint Group since September 2020. Prior to this role, Darren held the position of Vice President HR for Advanced Refractories at Vesuvius from 2018 to September 2020 and served as HR Projects Director at Darren Miller HR Associates Limited for a brief period in 2018. With a substantial tenure at Schlumberger from 1996 to 2016, Darren advanced through various roles, culminating in positions such as Global HR Director for Well Services and Region HR Director for North Sea, where key responsibilities included HR strategy development, organizational transformation, employee relations, and succession planning. Educationally, Darren holds a BA (Hons) in Business Administration from University College Suffolk, completed in 1993.
