Susan Anderson

Susan Anderson, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Chief Services Officer for HR Solutions at Mitratech, responsible for HR and Compliance solutions, Professional Services, and Technical Support. With prior experience at Mineral, Susan oversaw HR compliance experts and contributed to the development of AI-driven HR products, serving over 1 million customers. A member of the Chief executive network, Susan has also held leadership roles at Hitachi Vantara, where Susan was the Americas Business Consulting Lead, managing a significant P&L and driving organizational effectiveness initiatives. Academic experience includes serving as an adjunct professor at Portland State University. Susan holds an MBA in Business from Portland State University and an MBA in International Business from CIMBA, alongside a BS in Biology from the University of Oregon.
