Adam Courtier

Adam Courtier is an experienced leader in data and digital transformation, currently serving as the Head of Data & Digital Workplace at Mitre 10 (New Zealand) Limited since July 2021, where responsibilities include establishing a data team and driving insights for decision-making. Prior to this role, Adam was with Foodstuffs North Island Limited from May 2016 to July 2021, holding various leadership positions including Customer Driven Transformation Lead and Head of Operations & Analytics, focusing on organizational transformation and operational strategy. Previous experience includes roles at EY as a Director in IT Advisory, and at the Bank of England in Internal Audit, along with a substantial tenure at Ernst & Young. Adam holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Auckland.
