Richelli Chaves currently serves as the Manager of Controllership and Strategic Planning as well as the Manager of Accounting at Mitre Realty since April 2020. Prior to this role, Richelli held positions as Auditor and Audit Manager at EY from July 2012 to April 2020. Richelli is pursuing an Executive MBA in Finance at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, with an expected completion date in December 2024, and has completed an Executive Education program in Controller training at Saint Paul Escola de Negócios in November 2021. Additionally, Richelli attended FACULDADE FIPECAFI for postgraduate studies in 2017 and earned a degree in Accounting from Universidade Paulista between 2009 and 2012.
