Damon Larsen

Damon Larsen, EdD, is a seasoned expert in strategic human resource and talent management, currently serving as Principal at MITRE since September 2010. In this role, Damon advises executive leaders on aligning human capital strategies with business objectives, focusing on organizational transformation and workforce development. Additionally, since August 2019, Damon has been an Adjunct Professor of Organizational Behavior at Utah Valley University, teaching undergraduate courses on various topics related to team dynamics and leadership. Prior experience includes work as an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, where Damon led HR transformation projects, and as an Internal Learning & Development Consultant at Genentech, focusing on learning program development. Damon holds a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership & Learning from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Science in Communication/Social Science from the University of Utah.
