Daniel Eisert

Daniel Eisert is a Senior Data Scientist at MITRE, since May 2021, with expertise in econometric analysis and research presentation, particularly on topics such as electric vehicle externalities and the societal costs of the fentanyl crisis. Prior experience includes roles as an Intermediate Data Scientist and Teaching Assistant at Virginia Tech, where Daniel taught Python and supported student learning in coding. Daniel also completed an internship at Amtrak, delivering Tableau dashboards and performing SQL analyses to enhance the customer rewards program. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Business Analytics from William & Mary and a dual B.S. in Computational Modeling & Data Analysis and Statistics from Virginia Tech.
