Daria Antonucci

Daria Antonucci is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering, organizational development, and coaching. Currently serving as the Department Chief Engineer at MITRE since March 2007, Daria ensures data-driven quality products through staff connections and quality reviews. Daria also holds a leadership role as a Group Leader in Human Capital Capabilities at MITRE, mentoring staff and leading security enterprise programs. In addition to a coaching practice at Find Your Voice, Daria has a rich background at Booz Allen Hamilton, IBM Business Consulting Services, and PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting, where Daria developed employee development programs and led initiatives in business strategy and process improvement. Daria’s academic credentials include a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Duke University.
