David Hall

David Hall has extensive experience in leading strategic projects and initiatives across various sectors, with a notable tenure at MITRE since September 2011, where responsibilities have included serving as Managing Director and leading work with the Department of Commerce. Hall has also held senior roles focusing on digital transformation and program delivery. Prior to MITRE, Hall contributed to cloud computing strategies at Cartesian, developed business partnerships at Clearwire, and managed product development at Siemens Communications and AOL. Early career experiences include consulting for federal clients at PricewaterhouseCoopers and software engineering at Mobil Oil. Hall holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management Science from Virginia Tech.
