Deirdre' Johnson is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as the Lead Cybersecurity Operations Engineer at MITRE since June 2016. In this role, Deirdre' leads the Agency's Continuous Diagnostics & Mitigation Program, driving the implementation of cybersecurity solutions across multiple government agencies. With expertise in cybersecurity assessments and development, Deirdre' has also held senior and intermediate engineer roles at MITRE, contributing to Department of Defense projects and advancing federal cybersecurity capabilities. Prior experience includes a position as Webmaster/Front End Developer for the Supreme Court of Mississippi, where Deirdre' managed website design and user training. Deirdre' holds a Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity/Digital Forensics from the University of South Florida and multiple degrees in Computer Science from Michigan State University and Fisk University.
