Dick Froderman

Dick Froderman is a seasoned professional in naval cyberspace operations with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Principal Naval Cyberspace Operations Engineer at MITRE since February 2022, Froderman previously held significant positions including Special Advisor for Strategy, Policy, and Doctrine at U.S. Fleet Cyber Command and Executive Assistant to the Director of Information Warfare Integration at the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations. With a career trajectory that includes leadership roles at the National Security Agency and directorship at Combined Security Transition Command in Afghanistan, Froderman also offers a foundational background in law enforcement from the National Park Service. Froderman holds a Master of Arts degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from U.S. Naval War College and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from Indiana State University.
