Elly Smith is an experienced professional in aviation systems development, currently serving as a Portfolio Manager (Outcome Leader) for ATM Operational Evolution at MITRE since October 2004 and also holds the position of Principal Systems Engineer at the Center for Advanced Aviation Systems Development (CAASD) since 2008.
