James Raymond

James Raymond is currently the Project Lead Director at MITRE, where James leads multidisciplinary teams to provide technical expertise to senior-level government officials. Prior to this role, James held positions such as Senior Technical Project Manager at Yahoo, Chief of Staff at Member Services & Subscriptions, and Deputy Chief at the Joint Chiefs of Staff. James has a strong background in operations management, budget management, coaching and mentoring, and strategic planning, with experience in the US Navy as well. James holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Biology with minors in Chemistry & Naval Science from Oregon State University.
