Jocelyn Frechette

Jocelyn Frechette is an experienced communications engineer currently serving as an Intermediate Communications Engineer at MITRE since June 2022, focusing on HF Communications and Sensing. Frechette previously worked as an Electrical Engineer I at Raytheon Missiles & Defense, where responsibilities included device characterization for RF HEMT transistors and mentoring new hires.
