Jonathan Fredritz

Jonathan Fredritz is a Principal Business Strategist and Group Lead at MITRE, where responsibilities include providing strategic leadership as an advisor to executive-level government sponsors, consulting on strategic planning, corporate governance, and performance management, while supervising a team of seven in the Strategic Management Systems Department. Prior experience includes serving as a Field Grade Military Officer (Major) in the US Army, where Jonathan directed leadership and management operations for 150 Soldiers and defense civilians, including three combat tours in Iraq, and oversaw operational readiness and strategic planning for combat missions. Jonathan holds a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College and an MBA in Project Management, along with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Norwich University.
