Kelly Webb

Kelly Webb is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over a decade of experience in strategic HR roles. Currently serving as a Principal Human Resources Business Partner at MITRE since February 2011, Kelly collaborates with employees and managers to navigate complex challenges. Prior experience includes a position as a Human Resources Specialist at Cubic Corporation, Inc. from July 2004 to February 2011, where investigations and recommendations were made regarding Employee Relations issues. Kelly holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
