Kristen Gorman

Kristen Gorman, MHA, PMP, CPPS, serves as the Healthcare Group Lead and Principal at MITRE since February 2022, managing a diverse team of healthcare specialists focused on areas such as policy, program transformation, and health economics. Prior to this role, Kristen held various positions at Carilion Clinic from August 2015 to July 2021, including Clinical Safety Systems Manager and Operational Project Manager in Quality and Patient Safety, where significant contributions were made to enhance patient safety and quality metrics. Earlier experience includes engineering and project management roles at Elizabeth Arden, Federal-Mogul Corporation, Rolls-Royce, GE, and Bechtel Power Corporation, complemented by a Master in Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering with a minor in Business from Virginia Tech.
