Melvin Dedicatoria is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and management. Currently serving as Chief Engineer at MITRE since September 2007, Melvin has held multiple leadership positions, including Department Chief Engineer and Group Leader. Prior to joining MITRE, Melvin worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at Boeing from January 2003 to September 2007 and at SAIC from June 1997 to January 2003. Melvin holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering from the University of Maryland - A. James Clark School of Engineering.
