Naqi Sayed

Naqi Sayed has extensive experience in cybersecurity, currently serving as the Department Manager for Cybersecurity Assessments at MITRE since November 2006. In this role, Naqi leads a team of cybersecurity professionals focused on conducting comprehensive assessments to protect IT infrastructures. Naqi's responsibilities include developing innovative assessment tools, fostering partnerships, and adapting to evolving digital threats. Additionally, Naqi is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Blackbelt and instructor at Rising Tide Jiu-Jitsu since November 2011. Prior experience includes serving as an Information Systems Security Engineer at Microsys from October 2004 to November 2006. Naqi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
