Sarah M. is a seasoned professional in organizational effectiveness and change leadership, currently serving as a Principal at MITRE since October 2016. With expertise in building change-ready organizations, executive coaching, and fostering innovative cultures, Sarah has held various leadership roles, including Lead at Organization Development and Change.
