Tien Pham is a seasoned professional in research and development, currently serving as a Senior Principal at MITRE and co-chairing the SPIE Defense + Commercial Sensing Symposium. With a robust background in defense and security, Tien collaborates with various sectors to accelerate technology innovations. Previously, Tien held key leadership positions, such as Chief Scientific Advisor for NATO's Defence Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic and Chair for the SPIE DCS Conference on AI & ML for MDO Applications. Tien earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland, where they also completed a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree.
