Alona Pichkhadze

Alona Pichkhadze is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and operations management. Currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Precise Hotels and Resorts since May 2024, Alona has also contributed to Mitrelli as a personality assessor since November 2021. Previous roles include Research Staff at innervue and Operational Specialist at Ipsos, as well as Operations Manager at Bellboy Group. Alona's career began in the Israel Defense Forces as a First Lieutenant and HR officer. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Social Psychology from Bar-Ilan University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The Open University of Israel.
