Alyssa Monka is a Sales Coordinator at Mitsch Design since January 2022, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles at the Indianapolis Colts from May 2015 to 2021, including Human Resources Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, and Marketing and Events Intern. In the role of Human Resources Coordinator, Alyssa maintained the Human Capital Management System (Dayforce) and organized meetings and HR events. As an Administrative Assistant, Alyssa greeted guests and employees with strong interpersonal skills, while in the internship position, Alyssa contributed to event programming and marketing initiatives. Alyssa holds a Bachelor's degree in Labor Studies from Rutgers University, completed in May 2015.
