David Williams

David Williams currently serves as the Application Engineering Section Manager at Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc., having joined the company in May 2016. With expertise in high voltage substation design, David specializes in Gas Insulated Substation (GIS) design and installation. Prior to this role, David worked as a Project Engineer in the Substation Division and participated in a rotational program as a Rolling Start Design Engineer 1, gaining experience across the High Voltage Switchgear, Substation, and Power Transformers Divisions. David's earlier experience includes an internship as a UPSD engineering intern at Robert Morris University, where responsibilities included advising and organizing events for residents in Adams Hall. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Robert Morris University, complemented by a brief educational experience at Sophia University in 2015.
