Michele de Gruttola

Michele De Gruttola is an experienced automotive industry professional with a proven track record in management and sales. Currently serving as Division Manager Automotive at Mitsubishi Electric since October 2018, Michele oversees the Italian Automotive Business Unit with full P&L responsibility and is a member of the Italian Branch Management Team. Prior to this role, Michele was Head of Sales for the Automotive Product Line at Oerlikon Graziano from October 2008 to September 2018, achieving significant sales growth and establishing key relationships with major OEMs. Michele's earlier experience includes program and project management at Meridian Magnesium Products of Italy, emphasizing resource management and new business development. Academically, Michele holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, an MBA from Università degli Studi di Torino, and completed an exchange program at the University of Michigan.
